The Role
Within the role of SharePoint Engineer you'll be responsible for:
* Reporting to the SharePoint Squad Lead, the SharePoint Engineer will work under the technical guidance of the SharePoint Technical Lead to deliver and support Enterprise SharePoint across UK & RoW
* Working alongside the Business Engagement Leads and fellow SharePoint Engineers to maintain a close working relationship between the EIT SharePoint Product team its stakeholders.
* Work closely with internal customers across all UK Business helping to capture requirements for Business as Usual improvements to their SharePoint deployments, developing innovative solutions then delivering against agreed work packages. Whilst ensuring all SharePoint deployments and developments adhere to internal Governance.
You
To succeed within the role of SharePoint Engineer you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
* Best practice application management in line with ITIL Processes
* Experience of working with the multiple versions of SharePoint
* An experienced individual that has worked in a similar role or environment for at least three years
* An understanding of application development and promotion into multiple environments
* Awareness of business unit policies and procedures
In addition, you'll also have a good level of experience in supporting the delivery of projects and large change requests
