Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Warton - hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000p/a (+ Overtime Available)
A leader in the Defence sector is looking for a Project Manager to work on site in Warton as part of their team. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to develop further in Project Management.
The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for project delivery aspects against the allocated programme of works as well as managing customer business needs through to fulfilment. Day to day responsibilities also include managing business needs as well as internal suppliers, external suppliers and vendors where required to effect project delivery. You'll be ensuring that AIR governance and service delivery standards will be embedded into the project lifecycle.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you'll need Project Management experience with a good knowledge of the Project Management life cycle. Strong communication skills are essential in this role as you will be building relationships with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal person will have previous experience of project delivery and will have the capability of handling multiple projects at a time. You will need to be proficient with a project manager toolset and a qualification/certificate such as PRINCE, ITIL, PMI is desirable.
The Package
As a Project Manager, you'll be on a salary of up to £60,000 and the role is available on a hybrid working arrangement. In addition, there's other non-tangible benefits such as pension, other work schemes and commitment to your development, both in terms of your skills and career progression.
