The role will give you the chance to be influential in the direction and growth of the business by working with the team to identify the best sites and projects and play a part in the design phase and then driving the execution.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for residential property development projects (both renovations and new builds) - these projects may vary from an extension on a terraced house through to the conversion of nursing homes into apartments through to multi million pound "Grand Designs" style homes. You'll be responsible for ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to expected quality levels by working with the Project Manager, a team of trades professionals and suppliers. Other key responsibilities will include ensuring site safety, maintaining quality control and preventing problems before they happen!

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you have strong leadership skills that have been gained on a building site and have a full driving licence and access to a car. In addition, you'll need to be organised and will thrive within a business where priorities are often changing.
