I have been in recruitment for 10 years starting off in the Oil & Sector. Shortly after I moved into the Automotive sector working on a key account for a Luxury brand where my career really took off and my passion grew for recruitment.
My favourite part in recruitment is dealing with lots of different talented people on a candidate and client base. I have joined JAM as a Principal Account Manager where I can transfer my skills and knowledge into the Defence industry.
